Free Speech TV is a publicly-supported, independent, non-profit TV channel that is a project of Public Communicators, Inc., a 501(c)3 non-profit, tax-exempt organization. It is available nationally, 24/7, on DISH Satellite Network. Selected programs are available on 172 community access cable stations in 35 states.
qi peng, conceptual artist from Salt Lake City, has uploaded selected video art onto YouTube at http://www.youtube.com/qipengart . This series will be part of a future DVD release which collects his video art experiments combining traditional and digital technique for the viewer to re-examine the boundaries of what art does on a spiritual, political, and human level.
